Brief:
This is an exam project, for a real client.
Create a logo for a newly started business.
The restaurant is located on the most western mountain cliff in Norway, and is a popular tourist destination because of the beautiful scenery. The place is also known for its rough weather, steep mountain cliffs and 360 panorama view.

The restaurant is located on the most western mountain cliff in Norway, and is a popular tourist destination because of the beautiful scenery. The place is also known for its rough weather, steep mountain cliffs and 360 panorama view.
Solution:
The Logo I have developed is a modern twist of the old style “Vestkapp” sign that was placed on the restaurants building. As the restaurant is serving traditional food with a modern twist, this update of the old sign is a great way to represent the restaurant.
The design is an artwork of the surrounding nature, and since the location of the restaurant is known for the rough weather and beautiful landscape, I wanted the concept to revolve around this.
